Copy protection of the PlayStation 3 cracked?

Ser ut som ännu en puckoartiken av något fån som skriver om saker utan att begripa sig på dom.

Paradox har släppt imagefiler av spelskivor och skrivit i NFO filen att "dom snart är spelbara". Om någon minns de första "PI" releaserna till xbox 360 så stod det väl ungefär likadant i dom. Det är bara för att sporra alla hackers till att försöka hitta buggar att utnyttja för att få igång spelen.

| There's racing on the pristine roads and trying to shave a |
| few more seconds off at Nurburgring and then there's the rough |
| and tumble world of rally racing. Driving in the dirt and |
| sliding around the corners while kicking up tons of ****** |
| But while the current generation of games have gotten the |
| feeling of sliding in the mud much better, the upcoming PS3 |
| title MotorStorm is one dirty, dirty game and in this world |
| that's a hell of a compliment. |

| SCEA showed off a clip of MotorStorm at its conference today |
| and promptly got all of the gathered journalists to closely pay |
| attention to yet another amazingly good-looking clip. |
| We saw Humvees, ATVs, motorcycles, and other vehicles all racing |
| along an incredibly muddy track. Mud would kick up from tires |
| and splatter against windshields as the wipers struggled to |
| keep a clear view. And that wasn't the only dirty thing going |
| on as all of the racing featured lots of bumps as cars knocked |
| racers over or smashed them into a tree on the side of the |
| road. |

| All of the action was near chaos as every type of vehicle raced |
| down the muddy track. The Humvee was able to clear out a path, |
| but even the motorcycle had some room to move. As one car |
| slowed down a bit a bike was able to drive right over it and |
| come down off of its front fender. All of this and all of the |
| animation of not just the vehicles, but also the humans riding |
| the bikes and the ATVs, was looking disgustingly smooth. |

Kom också ihåg att för att kunna spela backuper av PS3-spel så måste ni ha en Blu-ray-brännare, som kostar 5 000+.

PS3 har hårddisk...och nätverk...och det finns säkert möjlighet att få ner storleken på spelen så att dom får plats på en dvd genom att ta bort eller minska kvaliteten på filmmaterialet.

Jo, visst, självklart. Det kanske skulle bli ganska svårt iofs, eftersom att en del spel är uppåt 20 GB (jag såg något rellat på 13 för inte så länge sedan, kommer inte ihåg vilket det var). Kanske man kan bränna på Dual Layer isf? Sen har jag ju också hört att det börjar komma "hack" som gör att man ska kunna sätta in en hårddisk på 750 GB, huruvida det är sant eller ej har jag ingen aning om.

Satt och läste ganska mycket idag och det är många som har bytt hårddisk i sina ps3or. Verkar bara vara att byta rakt av och formatera den från någon meny. Verkade också som att Paradox har en hdbootloader som bara fungerar för 1.0-1.10 eller något sånt. Kanske bara är skit snack allt ihopa men det verkade vara lite sanning i det.
