there is no DS card inserted

I get this message pretty often with my cyclods evolution card. after about 5-10 restarts, it usually finds the card..... any ideas?

I have the same problem whit my twingirls ds-light+M3 ds real card.
I thought it was problem whit bad batteries, that the problem occurs whit bad power.
Have you had your console long time? do you need to recharge the battery often ?
