Strange Prob. When Uppd. To 12611 On Xenon, Tried everything, help appreciated

Hi all

Have uppdated alot of boxes to 12611 without any prob.

But this time I´m stuck.

I´m helping a friend to uppdate from 9199 to latest 12611.
The nand have bad block on:
Degraded info:
Bad Block @ 0x1C8
Block 0x1C8 founx at 0x3ff

So first I dumped his nand with flash360 two times.
Both times flash360 gave me an error on reading, don´t remember what it said but i figured it
was the bad block.
I compared the two dumps and they were identical.
I then used freeBOOT_ToolBox_Maker26 to create freeboot image but it won´t work.
Says my nand is corrupt, same goes for Jtag tool 2.20 and easy freeboot 12611.

So instead I used his backup of the first original dump with bad block.
This time Freeboot Toolbox created the nand.

When I check nand info with Xnand Healer GUI 0.6 There´s no bad blocks.

So i flashed the nand with xellous from my usb key.
But the box just shows the bootup animation (12611) then nothing.

So I fixed the badblock on the freeboot image that I got from FreeBoot Toolbox as follows:
nandpro 12611.bin: -r16 1c8.bin 1c8 1
nandpro 12611.bin: -w16 1c.bin 3ff 1

Then flashed it again.

Same problem.

When checking my image with 360 flash tool v0.95 it sais cb:1903 on my original bin file but on my freeboot image it says 1921, don´t know if this is important or not.

Also tried manualy choosing motherboard type in Freeboot toolbox maker but gives same result.

One more thing.
If I flash back the 9199 image everything works fine.
And xellous allways works but the dash won´t boot after logo animation..

Öppnat din orig dump/senaste dumpen i 360 flash dump tool ? sen ser jag att du skrivit lite fel i det du skrev ovan, missat 1 siffra i bin fil namnet... men jag antar att du skrev rätt när du ändrade? har du provat att skriva med flash360 istället för xellous?

Japp, missade 1 siffra tidigare, men skrev rätt när jag körde nandpro.
Om du menar 360 Flash Tool (v.0.97) så ja.

Hej igen.
Jag flashad tillbaka 9199 och körde in min 12611 image med flash360, samma resultat.
Jag skickar gärna min orginal image + min cpu key om du skulle vilja ge det ett försök..

Har nu provat att skapa ny 12611 image från min orginal fil via freeBOOT_ToolBox_Maker26.
Flashat både med flash360 och xellous.
Provade att flytta bad blocks och flasha igen med ovan program.
Skapade ny 12611 image från fungerande 9199 via freeBOOT_ToolBox_Maker26.
Flashat både med flash360 och xellous.
Provade att flytta bad blocks och flasha igen med både flash360 och xellous.
Provade även alla ovan varianter men lät flash360 behålla current kv/config.
Provade även att manuellt adda kv/config från orginal image till min 12611 bad block fixade image.

Inget hjälpte.

Orkar inte tänka längre, provar på nytt imorgon.

Har sökt på olika forum och tänkte prova följande:
1. Först skapa en XBR 8955 image av min orginal dump och prova att göra om denna
till 12611.

2. Kontrollera så min image verkligen innehåller 29filer

3. Prova spkleader_freeboot_v2

4. Flasha Linux via Putty

Hör av mig så snart jag kommit hem och testat.
